Serve as a regional major gifts officer for SSM Health St. Anthony Foundation benefitting patient care at SSM Health St. Anthony, Shawnee and Midwest City Hospitals. This position will work with the Regional Vice President of Philanthropy and Foundation, Annual Giving Director and Foundation Board to help plan and implement fundraising programs, projects and campaigns. Major gift focus with a portfolio consisting of community members, physicians, grateful patients, corporations and foundations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 7 years’ experience, high level skills in communication, be excellent at building relationships, and collaborating with teams. Responsible for developing strategies for the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of donors with special focus on six and seven figure multi-year gifts to support the foundations funding priorities. This position has a direct impact on the department’s reputation among donors, as well as impacts the financial and operational performance of the department.
