Major Gift Officer - Higher Ed. jobs in Florida

Pay: $65,136

Full Time, Location - Remote with Cru Inner City (Applicant must live in the US and legally be eligible to work in the US.)

The Kind of Work You’ll be Doing:

• Manages a major gift territory/region
• Cultivate and maintain relationships between the ministry and current, prospective, and previous ministry partners.
• Increase and maintain revenue generated from major gift constituents through active solicitation strategies and personalized engagement initiatives including, personal visits, phone contact, correspondence, and relationship building events with a goal to financially challenge and minister to participants.
• Present engagement offerings and report ministry outcomes resulting from constituents’ major gifts.
• Responsible to submit contact, territory progress and special event activity reports as requested
• Visit each ministry partner on their caseload at least one time per calendar year.
• Make meaningful connections with donors on an assigned caseload three to four times per year.
• Manage a territory containing at least 100 major gift constituents (caseload)
• Develop a donor specific moves management plan for every donor on the caseload each year
• Identify Gift and Estate Design opportunities and refer them to the Gift and Estate Design Team of Campus Crusade for Christ.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred plus three to five years of sales, insurance, investing, financial service markets experience preferred
• Must have at least one to three years of previous experience fund-raising for a not-for-profit organization.
• Must have at least one to three years of experience working with High Net Worth individuals.
