The Position:

The Maintenance Planner manages equipment maintenance throughout the mill.

PAY RANGE: $56,500 - $71,000

DISCRETIONARY TARGET BONUS OF 12%

Responsibilities:

• Utilizing a Maintenance Software package
• Create equipment asset list
• Build preventative/predictive tasks
• Generate work orders
• Maintain action item logs
• Perform PM audits and create key performance indicators such as scheduled vs. completed, delinquent PM's, dashboards with department objectives.
• Coordinates maintenance outages along with working with the operations departments and Engineering department.

Requirements:

• Five (5) years' experience minimum in a heavy industrial environment.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• Assertive and goal oriented
• A self starter with positive attitude.
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Must be organized and capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities.
• Must be capable of using personal computers and Microsoft software.
