Maintenance Planner, Sr. devises plans and programs for routine preventative maintenance and scheduled turnaround events at a plant or production facility. Accurately defines and estimates required work requests and maintains a consistent tracking system for work orders. Being a Maintenance Planner, Sr. develops inspection and survey procedures to ensure an effective preventative maintenance system. Works closely with technicians, engineers, operations, and managers to establish a schedule of proactive maintenance activities during appropriate downtime. Additionally, Maintenance Planner, Sr. utilizes planning and scheduling methods to ensure the most effective and least disruptive maintenance possible. Typically uses a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking and planning maintenance. Monitors spare parts inventory to ensure availability of required parts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. May require a Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Maintenance Planner, Sr. work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. The Team:
The US Demand Planning team sits in the Planning and Logistics department withing Global Supply Chain. The team's purpose is to execute key business processes and interact with sales, marketing, and global supply planning partners to drive an accurate demand plan.
The Opportunity:
Global Supply Chain - Global Logistics and Planning: Sr Demand Planner, reporting to Commercial Planning Manager, Boys Portfolio. Day-to-day includes short term analysis of point-of-sale performance and shipping trend, as well as long term category planning and forecasting. The ideal candidate will fill a key position in implementing Anaplan software. This position, along with the other demand planners, will create standard operating procedures (SOP) after the initial implementation of this software. Great opportunity to influence team processes and service level agreements in the long term.

The annual base salary range for this position is between $ 76,000 and $95,000.
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate's work location, skills and experience.
