The Hourly Maintenance Planner Scheduler plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance of equipment and facilities. This role involves planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize operational productivity. The Planner Scheduler will report to the Maintenance Team Leader/Maintenance Manager.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8-hours shift 6:30 am – 3 pm

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Collaborate with maintenance teams to plan and prioritize maintenance activities based on equipment needs and operational priorities.
• Develop maintenance schedules, considering resource availability, equipment downtime, and production requirements.
• Create and manage work orders for routine maintenance repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Allocate resources such as labor, materials, and equipment to execute maintenance tasks as per schedule.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians, team leaders and managers to ensure clear communication and timely execution of maintenance tasks.
• Ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes, reduce costs, and enhance equipment reliability.
• Generate reports on maintenance performance as needed.

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional technical education is a plus).
• Proven experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
