Mail Processing Coordinator

Direct Mail Solutions is a full-service direct mail company located in Richmond, Virginia. DMS is seeking a Mail Processing Coordinator who will be responsible for processing direct mail marketing materials through the USPS.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage the mail sortation process using company software.
• Create proper postal forms/documentation using company software.
• Coordinate mail projects with all company departments.
• Act as backup for multiple positions in department.

Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:

• Communicating and resolving issues.
• Must be able to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple mail projects at one time.
• Must have basic computer knowledge (MS Office) and the aptitude to learn new software/programs easily.
• Must be quality and detail focused and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Managing time effectively and having strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented and thorough.
• Experience in printing/mailing industry or United States Postal Service a plus.

This is a full-time position. Day Shift Monday - Wednesday.

Core day shift hours are three days a week 6:00am - 7:30pm.
