We are seeking a customer service representative to join our team! Our associates deliver outstanding customer care while providing mailing, packing, shipping and business services. Our independently owned small business has been serving the Leawood community for 34 years. As an authorized ship center for FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS, we offer our customers multiple mailing and shipping options as well as business services including mailbox rental, notary, passport photos, scanning and printing.

Responsibilities:

• Provide information about products and services
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services
• Proactively anticipate customer needs, suggest options, find solutions and resolve problems
• Ensure confidentiality of customer information and handling of documents and shipments
• Utilize computer and internet applications
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized store
• Perform a variety of tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields preferred
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment
• A positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand for several hours at a time
• Ability to lift or move 50 lbs
