Mail Server Administrator administers and maintains the organization's email system(s). Monitors server performance and mail routing. Being a Mail Server Administrator creates user accounts and maintains security levels on databases. Provides first-level telephone support and troubleshoots issues. Additionally, Mail Server Administrator monitors existing messaging infrastructure and server usage, ensuring proper working order. Provides recommendations and plans for improvements to e-mail network. May document internal policies or develop training for end-users. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Mail Server Administrator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     We're looking for candidates who have:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative support.
    • Strong relational skills for mentoring students and collaborating with industry leaders.
    • Experience in designing, planning, and executing events.
    • Project management skills, including self-paced work within project timelines.
    • Attention to detail, robust data management, and excellent writing/editing skills.
    • Ability to work on campus twice a week and complete additional work remotely.
    • A personal commitment to Jesus Christ and express their Christian testimony in a church. In addition, employees agree to live in agreement with the Community Lifestyle Statement and affirm the theological commitments expressed in the Statement of Faith.

    Job information:

    • Hours Per Week: 20 hours per week
    • Duration: This is a limited-term position and will conclude within 2 years.
