Mail Clerk, Sr. jobs in Suffolk, VA

• Collect and verify timesheets.
• Answer employees' questions and concerns regarding payroll.
• Calculate payable hours, commissions, bonuses, taxes, and deductions.
• Issue statements detailing earnings and deductions.
• Enter payroll into our system.
• Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies.
• Maintaining and updating payroll records.
• Preparing periodic payroll reports.

Payroll Clerk Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED.
• Payroll experience in the Automotive/ dealership industry
• Experience in commission plan payouts
• Benefits management experience preferred.
• Degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a payroll and automotive industry required 
• Knowledge of payroll software is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good math and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Team player.
