Mail Clerk Responsibilities include:- Inbound Mail and Package Sorting
- Processing Outbound Mail and Packages
- Signing for Incoming Packages
- Visiting Nearby Post Office as Required
- Setting up and Maintaining Conference Rooms
- Various Office and Administrative Duties
Required Skills & Experience:- Prior Mail Room Experience
- Familiarity and Experience with Mail Room Equipment (postage machines, scanners, etc.)
- Experience with Copy Machines
- Organizational Skills & Experience
- Professional Communications & Ability to Work with Vendors
- Basic Computer and Data Entry Skills
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to Lift Boxes/Packages and complete Light Assembly work (shelving).
Hours & Logistics:- Monday - Friday
- First Shift (7:30am-5pm)
- Includes a one-hour lunch break and two 15-minute breaks daily
