    Mail Clerk Responsibilities include:
    • Inbound Mail and Package Sorting
    • Processing Outbound Mail and Packages
    • Signing for Incoming Packages
    • Visiting Nearby Post Office as Required
    • Setting up and Maintaining Conference Rooms
    • Various Office and Administrative Duties 

    Required Skills & Experience:
    • Prior Mail Room Experience
    • Familiarity and Experience with Mail Room Equipment (postage machines, scanners, etc.)
    • Experience with Copy Machines
    • Organizational Skills & Experience 
    • Professional Communications & Ability to Work with Vendors
    • Basic Computer and Data Entry Skills
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • Ability to Lift Boxes/Packages and complete Light Assembly work (shelving).

    Hours & Logistics:
    • Monday - Friday
    • First Shift (7:30am-5pm)
    • Includes a one-hour lunch break and two 15-minute breaks daily
