Have own hand tools (Some tools provided)
Reliable transportation (Company Vehicle Provided after probationary period)
5 years Field Service experience in the Mechanical repair of CNC and Conventional Machine Tools.
Hydraulic and Pneumatic experience
Electrical experience / abilities a plus.
Capable of reading schematics: mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic.
Ability of using standard equipment, IE: manual mill, lathe, press, forklift, etc….
Able to safely rig and lift heavy parts.
Able to read precision measuring tools, IE: Micrometers, Calipers, Height Gage, Etc….
Able to professionally converse with customers while on site.
Pro-active attitude and interest in servicing the customer professionally.
The candidate should be able to self-manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Ability to troubleshoot Turrets, Ball Screws, Spindles, Tool Changers & Hydraulics / Pneumatic's.
Ability to locate parts required to correct issues and repair the problem in a timely manner.
