Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Olin Winchester, LLC (“Winchester”), considered one of the world’s leading ammunition manufacturers, is seeking Production Machine Adjusters for 2nd and 3rd shifts. This position will be located at the Oxford, Mississippi facility. Adjuster II's start at $20.35 per hour with an increase to $23.30 per hour after completion of 90 days and successful evaluations.
Adjuster II roles require the ability to set up, adjust and operate equipment. The position requires the ability to properly troubleshoot mechanical issues and any malfunctions on industrial machines with precision and accuracy.
