The Production Manager position is a Management Team position. The Production Manager will ensure that all functions of the production department personal, including Shift Supervisors, Leads and Machine Operators are carried out in a safe and efficient manner and that personnel are given the tools and training necessary. The Production manager will also serve as a Facility Food Safety Team Member.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required 5-10 years of experience in the food/beverage industry as Supervisor/Lead/Manager Must possess good people skills Possess good skills, in math, verbal and written communication Good organized, multi-tasking, time management skills and a proven ability to problem solve Computer skills include Microsoft Office Comply with all safety rules and regulations, including setting a good example. Follow all Food Safety Plan practices and guidelines.
