What we need:
We have multiple positions available for detail-oriented machine operators able to focus on precision and quality while also maintaining throughput. As a production manufacturer (not prototype or job-shop), we rely on our machine operators to produce consistent quality and quantity of parts across a variety of different work centers.
What you will be doing:
You will be using manual, automated or semi-automated equipment to perform a series of operations to a set of components. The machinery and operation to perform will vary from day to day and job to job, but quality and efficiency are always the top priorities. An ability to read and understand prints is important as well as a willingness to learn and follow directions. Periodic measurement and part inspection is also a critical function.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a production shop or other industrial or manufacturing environment.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to concentrate, stay focused and maintain attention to detail.
Ability to recognize problems or issues and follow established procedures to resolve.
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
Ability to lift 40 pounds.
