Our Shop Production Foreman will lead, train, motivate, and develop the lube techs and main shop flat rate technicians to advance their careers. Compensation is production based commission with a base salary and opportunity for monthly bonus.
Job duties for this position include performing basic maintenance, diagnostics, and vehicles repairs. Maintenance includes inspecting, replenishing, draining, and filling fluids and lubricants, balancing and rotating tires, performing vehicle inspections, completing basic brake repairs, and all work must be performed and documented per Subaru and Kendall standards. You must provide your own tools and toolbox. ASE certifications required and at least 2 years of experience as a technician at a shop or dealership.
Other job responsibilities would include:
Work is performed indoors in a shop environment, tool usage includes mechanic's hand and power tools that produce significant vibration and force, standing and walking will be required for entire work shift to complete job duties. Pushing, pulling, crouching, squatting, reaching, and kneeling will be required frequently to access all parts of vehicles being worked on. Lifting as well as pushing and pulling weights and forces from 20 to 100 pounds occasionally required.
