B&T USA is seeking a Machine Shop Helper to join our manufacturing team. Responsible for maintenance duties including checking coolant levels, emptying chips barrels from machines, and general shop cleaning.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide support to machine shop staff, as needed.
- Monitor supplies and ensure that necessary tools and materials are readily available.
- Unload incoming freight including material handling.
- Arrange material into racks/carts.
- Check and remove metal chips from collection systems on CNC machines and place them into recycle containers.
- Keep the shop organized, and clear of clutter and debris.
Required Education/Experience
- High school diploma or GED certificate.
- Familiarity with power tools.
- Previous forklift experience a plus.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Previous machine shop experience preferred.
- Must meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.
Work Environment:
- Work performed in a manufacturing machine shop environment.
- Exposed to machine shop manufacturing elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, etc.
- Fast-paced environment
- Must be able to access and navigate B&T’s facilities.

- Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs unassisted.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
