Being a Machine Shop Maintenance Supervisor oversees the setup and use of tools and equipment before production use in order to ensure the optimum level of safety. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Machine Shop Maintenance Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
