FULL-TIME MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR – Seeking mature, reliable person with basic plumbing, drywall and carpentry knowledge to work 40 hours/week at Maple Crest Apartments, a 212-unit apartment community in Asheville, NC. Duties include routine maintenance, preparing vacant units, cleaning common areas, etc. Ideal candidate will be well-organized, pro-active, knowledgeable in troubleshooting maintenance needs and coordinating contractor services. Skilled trade replacements and extensive repairs are made by third party service contractors. Must have reliable transportation and provide your own hand tools.
