Excellent position with a successful Tucson, AZ FAA / EASA / CAAC Certificated Repair Station for a person with a solid background in the specialized repair of turbine engine components by welding, grinding, and machining. Experience in process planning with conventional equipment such as ID/OD grinders, TIG welding, tracer lathes, mills, and Gleason curvic grinder required.
Role and Responsibilities:
· Responsible for overseeing all component repair operations - TIG Welding, Conventional Lathes/Mills, ID/OD Grinding, Jig Boring, Curvic Grinding, hand finishing and outside processes.
· Maintain accurate production scheduling to meet customer lead time and quality requirements.
· Any other task requested and deemed necessary by members of the management
Skills and Experience Requirements:
