Eilers Machine and Welding is a metal fabrication job shop that has been in business for 38 years. We are a family owned and operated business that services anyone from the US government to the AG community.

We are looking to expand our team by hiring a Brake Press Operator with a strong work ethic that is self motivated and excited to take on new challenges every day!

This person needs to be multi-faceted. We need a team player that is up for the challenge of diving into whatever task is presented to them!

Operators are guaranteed 40 hours a week although currently scheduled 50 hour work weeks with guaranteed overtime over 40 hours per week.

The hourly wage will be dependent on how much experience you have in this type of environment as well as what machines you have experience running. We are willing to train anyone who has a strong work ethic and a reliable work history. Our ideal employee is anyone who is punctual and has held a job for 3 years. The more experience you come in with, the more money you will make. Although, we are willing to train and the faster you can pick up the skills, the faster you will receive a raise.

We are looking to hire someone who has a steady work history and has applicable work experience. We are requiring that this person be reliable and loyal to the career. We need someone we can depend on.
