Job Description

Prescient Edge is seeking a Software Engineer - Machine Learning to join our first foray in digital pathology! We're looking for someone to work with our Machine Learning team to deploy models and services to a cloud platform. This is a greenfield project, so this is an opportunity to structure and design entire code bases to your liking.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• 2 years' experience working in a team setting suing a shared Version Control System (Git, Mercurial, etc.)
• Proficiency with at least on complied and one scripting language.
• Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Podman, etc.)
• Experience deploying to a Cloud Platform (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
• Experience designing APIs.
• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, etc.)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience deploying ML models with common Python libraries/frameworks (Scikit-learn, PyTorch, etc.)
• Experience developing GraphQL APIs
• Experience defining infrastructure as code (IaC)
• Familiarity with Observability concepts
