Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proper lifting and stacking techniques.
- Stacking and handling a variety of components to support the build process of the final product.
- Ability to interpret basic paperwork, build tickets, etc.
- Perform quality checks throughout machining process to ensure parts are correct for customer satisfaction.
- Daily reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor.
- Comply with all safety and health regulations.
- Maintain Housekeeping procedures daily in the work area.
- Learn a variety of wood types depending on the department (Maple, Oak, Cherry, Hickory, MDF, Koto, Plywood, Particleboard, etc.)
Tools, Machinery and Equipment:
- Tape measure
- Production paperwork, build tickets, etc.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Will be required to read and understand paperwork/build tickets.
- Must be proficient in reading a tape measure.
- Ability to stay-on-task, follow safety guidelines and work process procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a self-starter who works well and can follow a list of daily work assignments.
- Possesses a willingness to learn new ways to enhance productivity.
- Must have good hand and eye coordination.
- Required to notify production lead person or Supervisor of a problem or issue.
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to work well with other employees.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma, GED, or 1yr of equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated skills in planning, prioritizing and time management.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and timely completion of tasks.
