Agribusiness Risk Services (ARS), is a modern, technology-fueled claims administration and risk services company that specializes in the Commercial Property, Farmowners, and Agribusiness space.  The core mission of ARS is to deliver superior value to our insurer clients and their policyholders, through niche subject matter expertise and disciplined commitment to excellence.

DIRECTOR OF LOSS CONTROL SERVICES POSITION INTRO

Due to rapid growth, ARS is currently seeking a senior, entrepreneurial-minded, technology-forward property Loss Control professional to join our team in a leadership position, report directly to ARS President Chris Frechette, and help us take our loss control field services to the next level.

A few words from ARS President
    Chris Frechette:

"Both the potential and the limitations of any organization are dictated not by the cumulative resumes of individuals but more so by their capacity to share a focused vision and resolve and bring out the best in each other.  The work we do can be complex and urgent and is always consequential.  At ARS, we take our responsibilities very seriously while remembering not to take ourselves too seriously.  We value the power of sharing difficult tasks and we treasure the increased satisfaction of celebrating accomplishments together.  We share core values that include accountability, professionalism, quality, and service.  And we’re proud of the fact that none of these values are merely aspirational platitudes; they are our “table stakes."

If your experience aligns with our requirements, and you feel this job posting describes an environment that you feel you could be challenged and rewarded by; where you can be part of something special, if you are willing to stretch not just your technical capability but your curiosity and creativity, then we invite you to join us on our adventure."
