Loss Control Supervisor jobs in Arlington, TX

Company is about 5 years old and we are growing fast. Looking for someone that will be dedicated and excited about growing quickly in somewhat of a fast-paced startup environment. Must be willing to treat the company as their own. No pest control experience or licensing is required, but it is a plus. We will train and take care of all necessary licensing. Applicant must have supervisor/management experience.

Qualifications:

• Pest control experience is a plus, but we will train you and pay for all licensing
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must complete and pass drug test and background check
• High school degree or equivalent

• Develop and maintain professional and productive relationships with co-workers, management, and customers
• Make productive use of time and travel. Prioritize the balance of work completion and special situations while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Provide general pest services, mosquito services, and termite services to customers by effectively inspecting and diagnosing problems, rendering service using approved materials and methods
• Apply pesticides safely and effectively in accordance with the label and state regulations
• Refer, promote, or sell new services while continuing to retain existing customers through quality of service
• Maintain accurate service record times, products, and other required customer information
• Maintain care and custody of company vehicles, equipment, and other tools, materials and records

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
