Duties: - Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations - Determine the type of pests present and the extent of the infestation - Develop and implement customized pest control plans based on the specific needs of each client - Apply appropriate pesticides or other control measures to eliminate pests safely and effectively - Advise clients on preventative measures to minimize future pest problems - Document all services provided, including findings, treatments applied, and recommendations made - Maintain accurate records of work performed and complete necessary paperwork in a timely manner - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering any questions they may have Qualifications: - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Strong drive and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment - Excellent sales skills to promote additional services or products as needed - Knowledge of landscaping practices and lawn care techniques is beneficial - Familiarity with hand tools, farm machinery, power tools, and other equipment used in pest control operations - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Previous experience in pest control or related field is preferred but not required Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.
