Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pest Control Technician to join our team. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest issues, and implementing effective pest control measures. Your role will involve providing excellent customer service, utilizing various tools and equipment, and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients. Duties: - Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations - Determine the type of pests present and the extent of the infestation - Develop and implement customized pest control plans based on the specific needs of each client - Apply appropriate pesticides or other control measures to eliminate pests safely and effectively - Advise clients on preventative measures to minimize future pest problems - Document all services provided, including findings, treatments applied, and recommendations made - Maintain accurate records of work performed and complete necessary paperwork in a timely manner - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering any questions they may have Qualifications: - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Strong drive and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment - Excellent sales skills to promote additional services or products as needed - Knowledge of landscaping practices and lawn care techniques is beneficial - Familiarity with hand tools, farm machinery, power tools, and other equipment used in pest control operations - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Previous experience in pest control or related field is preferred but not required Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
