Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations
- Determine the type of pests present and the extent of the infestation
- Develop and implement customized pest control plans based on the specific needs of each client
- Apply appropriate pesticides and treatments to eliminate pests safely and effectively
- Educate clients on preventive measures to minimize future pest problems
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and communicate findings with clients
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in pest control or related field is preferred
- Familiarity with farm machinery, hand tools, power tools, and other equipment used in pest control
- Knowledge of common pests, their behavior, and effective treatment methods
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address pest-related issues
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and explain treatment plans
- Sales experience is a plus, as you may have opportunities to upsell additional services such as lawn care or landscape maintenance
