Global, affordable luxury brand, Naked Wardrobe is currently in search of a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Manager! The Logistics Manager will be responsible for managing the movement, storage, and distribution of materials and products. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement logistics strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize costs
- Manage all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, transportation, inventory management, and warehousing
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective materials handling practices
- Utilize data analysis tools such as NetSuite to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop demand planning forecasts and ensure adequate stock levels
- Oversee the selection and management of third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and non-vessel operating common carriers (NVOCCs)
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
- Train and mentor team members on logistics processes and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
-7-10 years of warehouse management.
-Proven experience in implemention of Barcode inventory system.
- Proven experience in logistics management with apparel retail sccounts.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and practices
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as NetSuite
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Strong mechanical knowledge for handling equipment maintenance and repairs
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, vendors, and carriers
