Works closely with staff to develop plans attuned to each course’s participant structure. Source local attractions, arrange hotels and transportation, and handle emerging issues as they arise. Provide timely information on local hotels, weather, cultural activities planned and other information as requested. Must be culturally attuned to each set of delegates and collaborate with high-ranking foreign officials. Responsible for creating a welcoming and inviting environment. Attend opening and graduation receptions and provide substantial feedback to Training Coordinator and Operations Manager.
