• The Freight Billing Clerk is responsible for verifying BOL and invoices.
• Prepared managerial reports, provided exceptional professional telephone customer service, and received products and supplies.
• Researched and reconciled customer accounts/invoices to ensure accurate and timely billing.
• Researched vendor statements and reviewed invoices for appropriate documentation and approval, prior to payment
• Entered invoices and matched to received purchase order

Requirements:

• Billing-Invoicing experience (freight Forwarding)
• Microsoft Excel
• Ability to understand freight terminology

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
