Description

• Process CIPL documents for various customers using specified platforms for each account.
• Receive, organize, and respond to emails sent by various customers and factories regarding missing or inaccurate shipping documentation.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal accounting team to ensure invoices and billing packets are submitted accurately and on time.
• Create and update SOP’s and update excel templates to streamline efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal import team to manage accounts and trouble shoot various issues including document submission, document/invoicing accuracy, prioritization, etc.
• Update and maintain internal system (Net Suite) and various assigned tasks upon request.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• HS diploma
• Basic knowledge of Excel 
• Basic knowledge of overall business operations, preferred
