A.FUNCTIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1.Update DSDM in URIC shared point as to hauler route for the day e.g., name of hauler / trucker, size of truck.
2.Update Transport KPI on Safety in URIC shared point.3.Open email from Selecta Sales (CD) on Summary of Orders (MT and GT)) for next day's delivery.
Access SAP of URIC and check if Mother Order (MO) matches with the Summary of Orders (MT & GT). If there are discrepancies, inform IT support of Leveredge and coordinate for reconciliation.
4.Change route information and scheduled delivery date in SAP. Send message to Lead Route Planner based in Tacloban as to schedule of orders for the next day and deliveries for pick-up.

12.Performs other duties and responsibilities inherent in the position as Transport Clerk and all other tasks which may be assigned from time to time by his immediate superior.
