Pay and Shift Information :

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience

Part-time Schedule : 12 : 00pm or 1 : 00pm 6 : 00pm, Monday Friday

What’s a typical day as a Logistics Clerk ? You’ll be :

• Serving as a link between Customer Service, Distribution Operations, and Transportation
• Scheduling, arranging, and communicating shipment arrangements on a daily basis
• Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements for the movement of goods domestically and internationally
• Preparing transport documents such as Bills of Lading, Memorandum of Shipments, Commercial Invoices, Customs Invoices, Certificates of Origin, and Export declarations
• Checking in drivers and escorting to dock area
• Resolving shipment issues and assisting in freight claim process

This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

• Have a High School Diploma or GED and previous logistics transportation experience (Hazardous Shipment Training & Certification is a plus)
• Have knowledge of Logistics operations including replenishment, product codes, picking, packing, and dock operations (inbound / outbound)
• Possess knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
• Have a basic understanding of Transport concepts and documents
• Have strong communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
