Job Summary

As a Logistics Clerk you will get to know our growing customer base and be responsible for planning, scheduling and dispatching of our fleet. As a Logistics Clerk  you will provide support to our drivers, be quick to respond to questions, troubleshoot concerns and pro-actively monitor freight movement to ensure customer satisfaction and on time deliveries. A Logistics Clerk needs to be energetic, self-motivated and an egg-straordinary representation of Hickman’s Family Farms.  

Responsibilities and Duties

• Act as the main point of contact for drivers
• Solve customer and driver issues
• Dispatch drivers to meet daily tasks
• Update reports and delivery schedules    
• Reliable

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Excel, Word & Outlook
• Ability to sit for long hours
• Ability to perform successfully under time pressures
• Self-motivated
