Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for Technology Services-Supply Chain, Senior Analyst to be part of a fast-paced, innovative, and highly visible team supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). The position will be based in Raritan, NJ or Mooresville, IN.

TS Supply Chain Logistics Senior Analyst will play a key role in supporting and deploying Johnson & Johnson's next generation WMS systems/capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Technical support lead for WMS applications across MedTech Supply Chain
• Lead a team of support analysts.
• Planning, supporting, and deploying Warehouse Management Systems
• Lead, align, and collaborate across organizational boundaries (e.g. project teams, functions, and partner organizations) without direct authority.
• Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality.
• Maintain a release repository and manage key information such as release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists.
• Work with business partners to automate and ensure reliability of BY WMS services.
• Up to 25% of travel may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• A minimum associate degree is required.
• 3 years of working experience in an IT environment building/supporting applications (preferred).
• 2 years of Blue Yonder WMS functional/support experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with ITSM, Incident management, Problem management processes required.
• Excellent troubleshooting, collaborating and communication skills required.
• Experience creating training and support documentation while identifying clear opportunities for improvement.
• Experience working with diverse group of individuals required.

Salary

For US based candidates, the base pay range for this position is $90,100 USD to $121,900 USD.
Bonus

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
