Location: Lake Forest, CA

Schedule: M-F / 8:00 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Financial Analyst-Planning and Forecasting

• Support annual budgeting and forecasting process including monthly and quarterly updates. Collaborate across functions to drive forecast accuracy.
• Support the monthly accounting close process to help ensure correct allocation of expenses.
• Create monthly reporting packages with key business metrics, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Utilize and maintain financial models and conduct analysis using a broad range of quantitative tools and techniques (trend analyses on past financial and operational performance, root cause analyses, analysis of profitability drivers, scenario modeling for future options, unit-cost benchmarking, etc.)
• Provide financial modeling and analysis for various ad-hoc financial projects.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Intermediate/Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to use and maintain complex financial models.
• Knowledge of financial and management accounting principles
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail

Preferred Experience

Experience with Netsuite is preferred
