Logistics Coordinator

Department: Brokerage Job Status: Full-Time Reports to: Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY

We are actively seeking an Logistics Coordinator to join our Brokerage Team. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role developing strong business relationships with service providers to achieve maximum profitability and customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES, SKILLS, and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide outstanding customer service to carrier partners and internal and external customers
• Assist with load building, tracking and covering loads with carriers
• Promptly resolve shipment and inventory issues as they arise

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or 6 months minimum related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

EXPERIENCE:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to perform in an environment with rapidly changing priorities and competing deadlines.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

None

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Able to multi-task and navigate multiple computer applications such as: E-mails, DAT Key Point, DAT Power, HubSpot, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, etc.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
