Stride Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inbound Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles, California. As an integral part of our logistics team, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and accurate management of all inbound shipments, quality control, and inventory optimization. What You Will Do:

• Inspect and Manage Inbound Shipments: Ensure every unit received is inspected, counted, and meets our quality standards.
• Inventory Optimization: Perform regular cycle counts, consolidate inventory to maximize space, and implement strategies to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Returns Processing: Manage and process returns efficiently, maintaining a systematic approach to inspect, identify, and organize returned goods.
• Process Improvement: Analyze inbound logistics processes to identify areas for improvement, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
• Team Leadership: Train and oversee staff involved in inspection and inventory tasks, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office.
• Knowledge of inventory management practices and logistics operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
