Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the day to day communications with Clients in our order file. CSR will be given their own bank of clients to which they will communicate throughout the process of their purchase through delivery. CSR will have opportunities to sell upgrades via contract amendments that will gain them additional commissions over and above their standard rate of pay.

Duties:
- Handle your customer's inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
- Process orders, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or sales opportunities
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
- Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions and track progress
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus)
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications
- Outstanding phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Sales experience is a plus
