Responsibilities include, among others:

Adhering to the mission and core values of Gastineau Log Homes;

• Managing the quotes for a project from the contract through material selection until it is handed off to the Operations Manager,
• Interfacing with sales staff and designers to develop the final design and materials that best fits the clients’ needs, dreams and budget;
• Creating accurate quotes
• Creating accurate detailed material lists; and
• Communicating well with clients, sales team, and operations team.

Requirements: This person should be knowledgeable in all aspects of residential construction and building materials. This person should be able to read blueprints and be familiar with construction terminology. They should be proficient at Excel as well as Outlook and Word. This position is based in Kingdom City, MO and cannot be performed virtually.
