The role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Cut keys using key-cutting machines and duplicating equipment.

Perform lock rekeying and master key system installation.

Provide emergency lockout assistance for homes, businesses, and vehicles.

Evaluate security needs of clients and recommend appropriate lock and security solutions.

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with locks.

Keep accurate records of services provided, materials used, and customer interactions.

Stay informed about new lock and security technologies and industry trends.

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with all services rendered.

Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong knowledge of various types of locks, security systems, and key-cutting equipment.

Excellent mechanical and technical skills.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.

Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, such as doors and safes.

2. Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

3. Ability to work in confined spaces and various weather conditions.

4. Good vision and hearing.

Working Conditions:

Work may be performed indoors or outdoors, depending on the job requirements.

Must adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear when necessary.
