Responsibilities:

• Exceptional customer service.
• Install, repair, and maintain locks.
• Create new keys for locks.
• Rekey locks when needed.
• Advise customers on the best security solutions for their needs.
• Provide emergency services when needed.
• Stay up to date with industry knowledge.
• Maintain detailed records/documentation of services provided.

Qualifications:

• 1 year locksmith experience.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of common locks and security systems.
• Experience using locksmith tools and equipment.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Multitasking.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
