Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Locksmith to join our team. Candidates must have prior experience and problem-solving skills. Those from government or similar settings may find our fast-paced environment challenging and are advised against applying. Technicians must meet daily quotas for bonus eligibility. Training is provided for advancement in Access Control, CCTV, and safes for those who demonstrate proficiency and dedication. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining locks and security systems. Responsibilities:

- Install, repair, and replace locks, Door hardware, and security systems in commercial settings

- Cut new or duplicate keys using key-cutting machines

- Assess security needs and recommend appropriate locking systems

- Respond to emergency lockout situations and provide timely assistance

- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and masterkey systems.

- Service and install Exit bars, Door closers, Hinges, mortise locks, etc.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Locksmith or tradesman in similar field such as electrical, HVAC, carpetntry, or mechanics.

- Strong knowledge of different types of locks, keys, and security systems

- Proficient in using locksmith tools and equipment

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Good communication and customer service skills

Skills:

- Key cutting and master keying

- Lock and door hardware installation

- Lock door hardware repair

- commerical door and hardware troubleshooting

- Emergency lockout assistance
