We have four properties, the Gold Dust Casino, The Hotel by Gold Dust, the Gold Dust C-store, and The Holiday Inn Express. • Provide excellent customer service by knowing current promotions, games, and events going on in and out of the casino.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers in assigned gaming areas.
• Circulate among slot machines and observer operations.
• Ensure that stations and games are covered each shift.
• May explain and interpret operating rules of house to patrons.
• May plan and organize activities and services for guests in the hotel/casino.
• Address service complaints with the highest level of professionalism and customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
