We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Representative, Client Processing to join our BUSINESS SEGMENT OR CORPORATE ORGANIZATION team. This role is in Chennai, Tamil Nadu & Pune, Maharashtra - HYBRID/REMOTE.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Perform research on inquiries received from customers via ECRM tool and arrange to provide the requested details to the Client. 
• Assist in back-office operations pertaining to customer related queries.
• Executing all correspondent requisites in a timely and accurate manner with an understanding of underlying business and specific client needs.
• Performing routine operational task in a product or functional area. Attending on customer queries received via application / emails.
• Must think out of the box to develop creative approaches towards problem solving.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills and escalate issues/queries through email and/or presentation of potentially complex information and views within groups or to senior management.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Fresh Graduate, preferably Post Graduate.
• Candidates 1-3 years of experience of handling customer queries, Exposure to quality tools, MS Office and strong communication skills.
• Stakeholder management in their prior role will be an added advantage.
• Exhibit proficiency to handle complex numerical data.
