Loan Workout Officer jobs in Pennsylvania

Elliott Community Federal Credit Union is looking for a Loan Officer in Jeannette and Greensburg locations, full-time opportunities available.

Operating hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with hours on Thursdays until 6 PM. Rotating Saturdays. An ideal candidate has flexible availability throughout the week.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

• Maintain accurate log of all documents (titles, insurance, etc.) that are due or outstanding regarding member loan file
• Report any work related hazards, employee theft or dishonesty, broken equipment, injuries occurred while at work, forged, inaccurate or missing file documents, computer error messages, member complaints, or issues that management must be made aware immediately
• Process loan applications, throughout the entire process
• Assist in processing Home Equity Applications, order appraisals and property reports. Review all appraisals and property reports prior to Loan Committee review.
• Keep track of new loan Risk Based documentation required for monthly reports
• Assist in preparing Satisfaction of Mtg. for recording on all Home Equity and Other Real Estate Loans paid in full
• Assist in all Home Equity and Other Real Estate loan payoffs.
• Assist in reviewing real estate foreclosures to insure correct property, etc.
• Follow-up on rejected and expired title liens thru FDI Collateral
• Prepare the office for opening and closing of business as outlined in the opening/closing procedures
• Pulling paid off loans, tickler cards, making sure loans were paid off, tracking title release dates, reviewing information for accuracy, mail loan papers /titles to members and dealerships.
• Attend training seminars, complete training modules (STAR, etc.), continue learning job related compliance issues pertaining to financial institution rules, regulations, state and federal laws and perform other duties as assigned
• Report transactions that are subject to BSA and SAR reporting guidelines and provide weekly guidelines and provide weekly log sheets of transactions over $2,000 and $10,000 to manager at the very beginning of each month
• Actively promote the Credit Union and its services
• Perform other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Stand, walk or be on feet up to 8 hours per day
• Ability to bend, reach and kneel

• Ability to lift objects up to 20 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
