    Job Description

    • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts (performing and non-performing) as well as shadow potential problem loans handled by other account executives in corporate lending, including California and Florida, ABL and Factors.
    • Minimize charge offs and maximize recoveries on credits assigned to MAD (manage NPL maturities out of the bank).
    • Assist other Business Lines with underwriting time permitting.
    • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and specific tasks assigned.
    • Handle accounts transferred to MAD, including DDA's and other deposit accounts.
    • Adhere to the Bank's policies and procedures and maintain client confidentiality.

    Qualifications

    • 8 years’ experience as an RM.
    • 5 years commercial lending experience, coupled with underwriting skills.
    • Experience/exposure to working out problem loan situations is a plus.
    • Ability to prepare comprehensive management reporting and have good oral and written skills.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of and personal contacts with turnaround professionals.
    • Excellent communication, analytical and writing skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • B.S Degree in Business or higher.
    • Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel and other MS Office tools. Sophisticated financial skills.
    • Exposure to loan documentation, some knowledge of workout procedures is highly desired.

    Compensation

    The expected annual salary for this position is between $130,000 and $180,000 at the start of employment. A salary offer is determined on an individualized basis, taking into consideration factors such as an individual’s skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision plans, life and disability insurance, employee wellness program, retirement and savings plans with employer contributions, generous holiday and paid time off schedules, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
