- Be systems support for quality systems
- Supervise Quality Review Team
- Supervise legal research including but not limited to subpoenas, garnishments, and bank levies
- Manage talent and develop employees at all levels of the quality review team
- Develop detailed procedures and training materials to support growth activities and robust onboarding
- Support operational projects and merger activity as needed
Compliance/RegulationResponsible for following all aspects of Bank Policy’s including but not limited to, Equity Bank Business Ethic and Conduct policy, and Bank Secrecy Act, and completing all required Compliance Course work.Required Skills & Education- 3-5 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem solving and time management skills
- Good planning, organizational and prioritization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
