Position: Account Services Review Specialist

Location: 88 Technology Park Way, South Burlington, VT

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm & 9:30am-6:00pm

Position description: The Account Review Specialist is responsible to review account changes on new and existing accounts, ensure proper documentation is received and completed, as well as ensure system integrity and review transaction errors and remedy any issues.

Specific duties include:

• Reviews account changes on new and existing accounts.
• Ensures received documentation is complete and any legal and/or required documentation is received and archived.
• Processes transactions daily for all incoming mail deposits, loan and credit card payments including check scanning for processing and collection.
• Reviews and remedies share draft exceptions as well as handles check adjustments
• Reviews and posts returned checks as appropriate.
• Reviews debit and credit card reports to ensure portfolio integrity and cards are ordered per procedure.
• Tracks and communicates any errors.
• Prints and mails all necessary notices.
• Handles returned mail to update addresses.

Qualifications:

• High School degree or equivalent.
• One year or more of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of deposit regulations, BSA and deposit risk.
• Strong research ability, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities with varying deadline
